Directions

  1. 1Cook pasta according to packaging directions.
  2. 2In a non-stick pan, cook chicken until golden.
  3. 3Chop onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add to pan and cook until translucent. Season with salt and black pepper.
  4. 4Add coconut milk, remaining spices, and half of parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
  5. 5Transfer pasta into the pan of sauce and mix.
  6. 6Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top then serve.
