Ingredients
- 1/4 tsp garlic powderNutrition
- 1/4 tsp cayenne pepper spiceNutrition

- 56 g egg tagliatelle nestsNutrition
- 1 cup coconut milk unsweetenedNutrition
- 1 cup cooked, diced skinless chicken breastNutrition
- 3 portobello mushroom capsNutrition
- 1 tsp ginger (ground)Nutrition
- 1 tsp paprikaNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1 clove garlicNutrition
- 1/2 medium onionNutrition
- 50 g parmesan cheese (shredded)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Cook pasta according to packaging directions.
- 2In a non-stick pan, cook chicken until golden.
- 3Chop onion, garlic, and mushrooms. Add to pan and cook until translucent. Season with salt and black pepper.
- 4Add coconut milk, remaining spices, and half of parmesan cheese. Simmer until the sauce thickens.
- 5Transfer pasta into the pan of sauce and mix.
- 6Transfer to a plate. Sprinkle remaining parmesan cheese on top then serve.
