- 1Boil the wheat bran and keep it on the side.
- 2Steam cabbage, broccoli and carrots to soft texture and add tomato chilli sauce to the vegetable mix.
- 3Let the vegetable mix rest for a while.
- 4Over a low flame, re-heat the bran and add the vegetable mix.
- 5Mix thoroughly and let off the flame.
- 6Ready to serve.
- 7Note: a dash of lime can also be added for a little zing.
