  1. 1Mix a tablespoon of flour, and all of the spices and salt in small bowl.
  2. 2Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with a tablespoon of the seasoned flour.
  3. 3Cook pork chops in cooking spray in large skillet on medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet.
  4. 4Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender. Add apples; cook and stir 2 minutes.
  5. 5Stir in juice, sugar, and remaining seasoned flour until well mixed.
  6. 6Return pork chops to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
