Apple & Sage Pork Chops

Ingredients
- 16 oz boneless pork chopsNutrition
- 1/3 second olive oil cooking sprayNutrition
- 2 tsp Splenda brown sugarNutrition
- 1 tsp minced garlicNutrition
- 1 tbsp flourNutrition
- 1/2 cup apple juiceNutrition
- 1/2 tsp ground allspiceNutrition
- 1/2 tsp paprikaNutrition
- 1 1/2 tsps rubbed sageNutrition
- 1 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 tsp thyme leavesNutrition
- 2 medium applesNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
Directions
- 1Mix a tablespoon of flour, and all of the spices and salt in small bowl.
- 2Sprinkle both sides of pork chops with a tablespoon of the seasoned flour.
- 3Cook pork chops in cooking spray in large skillet on medium-high heat until browned on both sides. Remove from skillet.
- 4Add onion; cook and stir 3 minutes or until tender. Add apples; cook and stir 2 minutes.
- 5Stir in juice, sugar, and remaining seasoned flour until well mixed.
- 6Return pork chops to skillet. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to low; cover and simmer 5 minutes or until desired doneness.
