Frozen Banana Treat

This recipe is a great way to eat healthy, while still being a little devilish.

  1. 1Peel the bananas and cut into small slices (average of 20 slices per banana).
  2. 2Stir contents of plain yogurt, and spread on a plate. You will not need to use all the yogurt.
  3. 3Pour the granola onto a plate. You may need to add more if desired.
  4. 4Dip the bananas into the yogurt, then into the granola pieces.
  5. 5Put bananas (now covered with the yogurt and granola) into a freezer safe container.
  6. 6Freeze for 12 hours, and enjoy.
  7. 7Note: since you don't use all the yogurt/granola, this recipe makes a great low calorie snack.
