Ingredients
Directions
- 1Peel the bananas and cut into small slices (average of 20 slices per banana).
- 2Stir contents of plain yogurt, and spread on a plate. You will not need to use all the yogurt.
- 3Pour the granola onto a plate. You may need to add more if desired.
- 4Dip the bananas into the yogurt, then into the granola pieces.
- 5Put bananas (now covered with the yogurt and granola) into a freezer safe container.
- 6Freeze for 12 hours, and enjoy.
- 7Note: since you don't use all the yogurt/granola, this recipe makes a great low calorie snack.
