Ingredients
- 1 tsp chili powderNutrition
- 2 tbsps vegetable oilNutrition
- 2 cups chopped or diced cooked chicken meatNutrition
- 1 can cream of chicken soupNutrition
- 14 1/2 fl oz chicken brothNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 cup chopped green bell pepperNutrition
- 14 1/2 oz tomatoes, dicedNutrition
- 16 oz mixed vegetables, frozenNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat the oil in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook green bell pepper and onion until tender, stirring often.
- 2Add cream of chicken soup, broth, chili powder and cooked chicken. Bring to a boil and then simmer for 10 minutes.
- 3Add tomatoes and mixed vegetables. Cook for 30 minutes and then serve.
