A quick and easy meal that's a nice change from beef chili.

Directions

  1. 1Cook chicken and onion in olive oil until chicken is cooked through.
  2. 2Stir in beans, broth, chilies, cumin and cayenne pepper.
  3. 3Bring to boil. Reduce heat to medium-low and simmer for about 15 - 20 minutes.
  4. 4Serve topped with shredded cheese and cilantro.
  5. 5Enjoy!
