Directions
- 1Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water.
- 2Stir until well dissolved.
- 3In bowl, beat cream cheese until very creamy.
- 4With mixer running, add geltin,1/4 cup at a time.
- 5Mix until thoroughly combined.
- 6Pour into 8x8" pan, refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
- 7Cut into squares and serve.
