  1. 1Sprinkle gelatin into boiling water.
  2. 2Stir until well dissolved.
  3. 3In bowl, beat cream cheese until very creamy.
  4. 4With mixer running, add geltin,1/4 cup at a time.
  5. 5Mix until thoroughly combined.
  6. 6Pour into 8x8" pan, refrigerate until firm, about 2 hours.
  7. 7Cut into squares and serve.
