Directions
- 1On medium-high heat bring water and bouillon cubes to a boil.
- 2While its coming to a boil mix hamburger, onion, garlic, and parmesan cheese together.
- 3Make 1" meatballs out of mixture. Drop balls in boiling water and reduce heat to simmer.
- 4Simmer 15 minutes.
- 5Add frozen spinach and cook an additional 10 minutes.
- 6Serve with low carb garlic bread if allowed.
