- 1Remove any fat from chicken breast.
- 2Spray broiling pan with non-stick cooking spray like Pam.
- 3Use your spices, sprinkle chicken liberally.
- 4Spread hot sauce lightly on chicken.
- 5Bake at 350 °F (175 °C) until done, about 30 minutes.
- 6Cut and wash lettuce, tear into bite size pieces.
- 7Cut up chicken into bite size pieces and arrange in salad.
- 8Drizzle the caesar dressing over top of chicken and lettuce.
