  1. 1Peel sweet potato and cut into wedges.
  2. 2Toss sweet potato wedges in extra virgin olive oil and garlic pepper.
  3. 3Spray cooking pan with non stick spray.
  4. 4Place in pan and bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for about 40 to 45 minutes.
  5. 5Check sweet potatoes at least once and flip to prevent burning.
  6. 6Remove sweet potatoes and allow to cool and enjoy.
