Ingredients
- 11 1/2 oz black olivesNutrition
- 3 1/4 cups tomato sauceNutrition
- 3 1/2 cups chili beansNutrition
- 3 1/2 cups reduced sodium pinto beansNutrition
- 3 1/2 cups diced tomatoesNutrition
- 5 tbsps chili powderNutrition
- 5 tbsps garlic powderNutrition
- 1 medium onion, choppedNutrition
- 1 1/4 cups tomato pasteNutrition
- 4 cups hot waterNutrition
- 2 cups quick cooking bulgur wheatNutrition
Directions
- 1Soak bulgur wheat in hot water for 2 hours in a covered bowl.
- 2Put bulgur wheat in a pot and cook down with seasonings.
- 3Add all remaining ingredients and simmer for approximately 2 hours.
