Directions
- 1In a bowl, combine the lettuce, red onion, feta cheese, cucumber and kalamata olives.
- 2Separately take the dressing ingredients of olive oil, oregano, lemon juice, salt and black pepper and mix well.
- 3Drizzle the salad dressing over the salad until well coated.
