Ingredients
Directions
- 1Put strawberries and spinach in blender.
- 2Add water to consistency you like, about half a cup, and a few ice cubes.
- 3Blend. Add honey. Blend further.
- 4Instead of honey you can use Stevia.
- 5Note: don't be afraid to substitute ingredients. This is a great way of getting in fruits and vegetables (without being disgusted) as this will taste sweet.
