Directions
- 1Chop onions, garlic, and green peppers into pieces and add to skillet with the olive oil and thyme.
- 2Chop mangos into 1" pieces and add to skillet with other ingredients.
- 3Add curry powder and 2 cups of water.
- 4Add top to skillet and let simmer 15 minutes.
- 5Salt and pepper to taste.
- 6Serve hot.
