  1. 1Wash and chop vegetables.
  2. 2Heat oil in a pan then add onions. Cook until translucent.
  3. 3Add garlic. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
  4. 4Add chicken and broth. Bring to a boil then simmer until the chicken is done.
  5. 5Add vegetables, tortellini, and seasonings. Cook until tender.
  6. 6Remove from heat then add half and half.
  7. 7Transfer to a bowl then serve.
