Ingredients
- 2 bay leavesNutrition
- 4 1/2 cups cheese tortelliniNutrition
- 3/4 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 medium onionNutrition
- 5 tsps crushed red pepper flakesNutrition
- 3 tbsps minced garlicNutrition
- 42 oz boneless skinless chicken breastNutrition
- 16 cups chicken brothNutrition
- 7 medium carrotsNutrition
- 2 cups cream (half & half)Nutrition
- 1 tbsp black pepperNutrition
- 4 tbsps thymeNutrition
- 1 tbsp olive oilNutrition
- 3 medium bell peppersNutrition
Directions
- 1Wash and chop vegetables.
- 2Heat oil in a pan then add onions. Cook until translucent.
- 3Add garlic. Stir and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.
- 4Add chicken and broth. Bring to a boil then simmer until the chicken is done.
- 5Add vegetables, tortellini, and seasonings. Cook until tender.
- 6Remove from heat then add half and half.
- 7Transfer to a bowl then serve.
