Crunchy Chicken Stir-Fry with Sticky Orange Sauce

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp white wine vinegarNutrition
- 2 tbsps vegetable oilNutrition
- 5 fl oz orange juiceNutrition
- 1 clove garlic, crushedNutrition
- 2 tsps root ginger, gratedNutrition
- 12 oz skinless chicken breast, finely slicedNutrition
- 2 tbsps soy sauceNutrition
- 1 tbsp honeyNutrition
- 2/3 oz cornflourNutrition
- 10 oz egg noodlesNutrition
- 18 oz stir fry vegetablesNutrition
Directions
- 1Heat the oil and stir fry the chicken for 5 minutes.
- 2Add the garlic and ginger with the vegetables and stir fry for a further 5-10 minutes until almost cooked.
- 3Add all the sauce ingredients and bring to the boil, stirring constantly.
- 4Reduce heat and simmer for 5 minutes until the chicken is thoroughly cooked.
- 5Serve with the cooked noodles.
