Crunchy Gazpacho Soup

Ingredients
- Worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 1 cup chopped or sliced tomatoesNutrition
- 2 cups tomato juiceNutrition
- 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepperNutrition
- 2 tbsps tarragon wine vinegarNutrition
- 1 1/2 tbsps olive oilNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped celeryNutrition
- 2 tsps chopped chivesNutrition
- 1/2 cup pared, chopped cucumberNutrition
- 1 clove garlic, mincedNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped onionNutrition
- 1 tbsp fresh parsleyNutrition
- 1/2 cup chopped green pepperNutrition
Directions
- 1Combine all ingredients in a stainless steel or glass container.
- 2Cover and chill at least 4 hours, serve in chilled mugs and enjoy!
- 3Note: optional to add a dash or two of Tabasco or hot sauce to spice up.
