Ingredients
- 1/2 cup parmesan cheeseNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 1/2 tsp leaves basil, driedNutrition
- 1/4 tsp chili powderNutrition
- 2 tbsps garlic powderNutrition
- 2 tbsps dried parsley flakesNutrition
- 1 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups corn flakes crumbsNutrition
- 1/4 cup waterNutrition
- 16 oz chicken breastNutrition
- 1/4 cup mustardNutrition
Directions
- 1Pre-heat oven to 400°F (200°C). Prepare your baking sheet with a sheet of non-stick tin-foil or spray with cooking spray.
- 2In a shallow dish (one that will allow you to coat the chicken breasts) combine Corn Flake crumbs, parmesan cheese, herbs and spices.
- 3In a separate bowl, whisk together dijon mustard, water and eggs.
- 4Coat each chicken breast in egg/mustard mixture, then roll in the crumb mixture; place on the baking sheet.
- 5Bake in the oven for 20 minutes, or until chicken is golden brown and fully cooked throughout.
