Directions
- 1Put cream cheese, sour cream, egg yokes and eggs whites in blender. Blend until well mixed and fluffy.
- 2Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
- 3Drain liquid from chilies and place chilies in casserole dish.
- 4Add egg mixture then top with cheddar and monterey jack cheeses.
- 5Cook in oven at 375° F (200° C) for 30-45 minutes until firm and slightly browned.
