Directions

  1. 1Put cream cheese, sour cream, egg yokes and eggs whites in blender. Blend until well mixed and fluffy.
  2. 2Spray casserole dish with cooking spray.
  3. 3Drain liquid from chilies and place chilies in casserole dish.
  4. 4Add egg mixture then top with cheddar and monterey jack cheeses.
  5. 5Cook in oven at 375° F (200° C) for 30-45 minutes until firm and slightly browned.
