Ingredients
- 4 tbsps light butterNutrition
- 1 cup reduced fat milkNutrition
- 4 cups moist type stuffingNutrition
- 0.12 tsp black pepperNutrition
- 1/4 tsp thymeNutrition
- 2 cups canned chickenNutrition
- 1 can cream of celery soupNutrition
- 1 can cream of potato soupNutrition
- 1 package frozen mixed vegetablesNutrition
- 1 1/2 cups waterNutrition
Directions
- 1Stir the soups, milk, thyme, black pepper, vegetables and chicken in a 13x9x2" shallow baking dish.
- 2Heat the water and butter in a 2-qt saucepan over high heat to a boil.
- 3Add the stuffing and stir lightly to coat.
- 4Spoon the stuffing over the chicken mixture.
- 5Bake at 400 °F (200 °C) for 25 minutes or until hot.
