  1. 1Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
  2. 2Put a pan in oven with 1/2" hot water to heat while you are preparing pudding.
  3. 3Beat the 2 eggs lightly in a 22oz individual oven proof casserole dish.
  4. 4Whisk together the whey and water until smooth and stir into the eggs along with the remaining ingredients.
  5. 5Put the small casserole in the pan of water in the oven.
  6. 6Cook for about 1 hour or until done. Serve.
  7. 7Note: Eat half for breakfast and the rest as a snack later in the day.
