Breakfast Bread Pudding
Breakfast treat made with eggs, whey protien and Ezekiel bread.

Ingredients
- 2 tbsps whey protein powderNutrition
- 2 large eggsNutrition
- 1/2 tsp cinnamonNutrition
- 0.12 tsp clovesNutrition
- 0.12 tsp nutmegNutrition
- 1 medium peach, dicedNutrition
- 1 tbsp ground flaxseedNutrition
- 3/4 cup waterNutrition
- 1 slice ezekiel bread, torn in to 1/2" piecesNutrition
- 1 serving 1 packet sweetener (stevia plus)Nutrition
Directions
- 1Preheat oven to 350° F (180° C).
- 2Put a pan in oven with 1/2" hot water to heat while you are preparing pudding.
- 3Beat the 2 eggs lightly in a 22oz individual oven proof casserole dish.
- 4Whisk together the whey and water until smooth and stir into the eggs along with the remaining ingredients.
- 5Put the small casserole in the pan of water in the oven.
- 6Cook for about 1 hour or until done. Serve.
- 7Note: Eat half for breakfast and the rest as a snack later in the day.
