Four Pepper Salad

Ingredients
- 1 tbsp greek feta & oregano salad dressingNutrition
- 2 oz asiago cheese, dicedNutrition
- 1 dash pepperNutrition
- 2 tbsps basil, choppedNutrition
- 1 dash saltNutrition
- 1/2 cup onion, dicedNutrition
- 1 medium green pepper, choppedNutrition
- 1 medium orange pepper, choppedNutrition
- 1 medium red pepper, choppedNutrition
- 1 large yellow pepper, choppedNutrition
Directions
- 1Place peppers into a large bowl.
- 2Add onion, basil, salt and pepper.
- 3Add greek feta and oregano salad dressing. Stir and mix well.
- 4Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
- 5To serve, toss salad again and sprinkle with asiago cheese.
- 6Note: crumbled feta can be used in place on asiago cheese.
