Ingredients

Directions

  1. 1Place peppers into a large bowl.
  2. 2Add onion, basil, salt and pepper.
  3. 3Add greek feta and oregano salad dressing. Stir and mix well.
  4. 4Cover and refrigerate 1 hour before serving.
  5. 5To serve, toss salad again and sprinkle with asiago cheese.
  6. 6Note: crumbled feta can be used in place on asiago cheese.
