Ingredients
- 32 oz chicken brothNutrition
- 1 lb lean ham steak, cubedNutrition
- 4 stalks medium celery, dicedNutrition
- 1 tbsp dehydrated onion flakesNutrition
- 14 1/2 oz tomatoes, dicedNutrition
- 3 oz tomato pasteNutrition
- 15 oz lima beans, drainedNutrition
- 15 oz black beans, rinsedNutrition
- 15 oz kidney beans, rinsedNutrition
- 15 oz white beansNutrition
Directions
- 1Cook ham and celery until done. Add all other ingredients and simmer for at least 20 minutes.
- 2Makes 6 servings of 1 1/2 cups each.
- 3Note: if available use low fat or fat free chicken broth.
