Ground Turkey and Four Bean Chili

Lots of beans and tomatoes...not a lot of oil or grease!

Directions

  1. 1Sauté onions and garlic in the olive oil in a large stew pot until tender.
  2. 2Add ground turkey and brown together, add chili powder and cayenne to the browning meat.
  3. 3Add tomato paste and refried beans and stir until combined.
  4. 4Add all other ingredients, cans of beans and tomatoes, salt and pepper and other sauces.
  5. 5Fill one empty can twice full of water and add to the pot.
  6. 6Stirring frequently, simmer for up to 5 hours for maximum flavor, or enjoy within 30 minutes.
  7. 7It only gets better the longer you cook it!
