Ground Turkey and Four Bean Chili
Lots of beans and tomatoes...not a lot of oil or grease!

Ingredients
- 4 tbsps chili powderNutrition
- 2 tbsps pepperNutrition
- 1 tbsp cayenne pepperNutrition
- 2 tbsps saltNutrition
- 1/4 tsp olive oilNutrition
- 2 lbs ground turkeyNutrition
- 2 tsps hot sauceNutrition
- 1 tbsp worcestershire sauceNutrition
- 4 cloves garlicNutrition
- 1 large onion, choppedNutrition
- 3 cans whole tomatoesNutrition
- 1 cup chilies and tomatoesNutrition
- 1 can tomato pasteNutrition
- 1 cup tomato sauceNutrition
- 1 cup black beansNutrition
- 1 cup kidney beansNutrition
- 1 cup pinto beansNutrition
- 1 cup refried beansNutrition
Directions
- 1Sauté onions and garlic in the olive oil in a large stew pot until tender.
- 2Add ground turkey and brown together, add chili powder and cayenne to the browning meat.
- 3Add tomato paste and refried beans and stir until combined.
- 4Add all other ingredients, cans of beans and tomatoes, salt and pepper and other sauces.
- 5Fill one empty can twice full of water and add to the pot.
- 6Stirring frequently, simmer for up to 5 hours for maximum flavor, or enjoy within 30 minutes.
- 7It only gets better the longer you cook it!
