  1. 1In a large bowl, combine the cooked barley, rice, black beans, kidney beans, corn, onions, red bell pepper and cilantro. Mix well.
  2. 2To make dressing in a small bowl, whisk together oil, vinegar, honey, garlic, salt and black pepper. Pour over salad and toss well.
