Ingredients
- 1 1/2 cups canned black beansNutrition
- 2 1/2 tsps chili powderNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups canned chili beansNutrition
- 1 3/4 cups canned diced tomatoesNutrition
- 1 can whole kernel cornNutrition
- 1 cup chopped onionsNutrition
- 1/2 cup waterNutrition
- 1 lb ground beefNutrition
- 29 oz tomato sauceNutrition
- 16 oz red kidney beansNutrition
Directions
- 1Brown ground beef.
- 2Chop onion into desired size.
- 3Add all ingredients in a large pot.
- 4Bring pot to a boil, then simmer for 25-30 minutes or until beans are soft.
- 5Serve, top with low fat sour cream if desired.
