Ingredients
- 2 tsps peanut oilNutrition
- 4 breasts, bone and skin removed chicken , sliced into stripsNutrition
- 1 tbsp oyster sauceNutrition
- 1 cup chopped broccoliNutrition
- 3 cloves garlic, crushedNutrition
- 3 tsps ginger, gratedNutrition
- 1/4 cup slices water chestnutsNutrition
- 1 medium red pepper, cut into stripsNutrition
- 3 tbsps soy sauceNutrition
- 2 tsps packed brown sugarNutrition
Directions
- 1In a skillet over medium-high heat, saute the garlic and ginger in peanut oil and stir quickly for 30 seconds.
- 2Raise the heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
- 3Add the broccoli, water chestnuts, and red pepper while stirring quickly after each addition.
- 4Finally, add the soy sauce, oyster, and brown sugar and cook until the vegetables are tender but not soggy.
- 5Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy your meal.
