  1. 1In a skillet over medium-high heat, saute the garlic and ginger in peanut oil and stir quickly for 30 seconds.
  2. 2Raise the heat, add the chicken, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
  3. 3Add the broccoli, water chestnuts, and red pepper while stirring quickly after each addition.
  4. 4Finally, add the soy sauce, oyster, and brown sugar and cook until the vegetables are tender but not soggy.
  5. 5Serve with steamed rice. Enjoy your meal.
