Steak sauce with Peppers and Onions

Ingredients
- 3 1/4 cups crushed tomatoesNutrition
- 1 tsp crushed red pepperNutrition
- 21 1/2 oz steak sandwichNutrition
- 2 3/4 cups spaghetti sauceNutrition
- 1 tsp basil leavesNutrition
- 2 tbsps olive oilNutrition
- 1 tsp oregano leavesNutrition
- 14 cloves garlic, mincedNutrition
- 3 medium onions, thinly slicedNutrition
- 2 medium green peppers, dicedNutrition
Directions
- 1In a large skillet, crumble the sandwich steaks. Cook them until brown.
- 2Add sandwich steaks to a large pot. Drain most of the fat from the skillet.
- 3Add the olive oil to the skillet. Add the onions, green peppers, and garlic, cook until tender. Add to the large pot.
- 4Add the crushed tomatoes and spaghetti sauce to the pot. Add the seasonings.
- 5Heat over low heat until piping hot.
- 6Serve sauce, 2/3 cup over pasta.
