Soy Flour Wraps

- 1Take the eggs, crack open and seperate the yolks from the whites.
- 2Whisk the whites until well whipped like a blender.
- 3Add the egg yolks and the flour.
- 4Whisk lightly to mix - too much and you'll whip out the air from the whites
- 5Heat a pancake pan with a little rapeseed oil until the oil is near to smoking, add the mix.
- 6Heat for about one minute each side by flipping pancake style.
- 7Great served with mayo, lettuce greens and ham or chicken. Fold the wrap around the contents.
