Grilled wholemeal pita bread filled cheddar cheese and sliced ham.

  1. 1Grate cheese and chop the ham into small pieces. Mix the two together and fill the pita bread.
  2. 2Grill for 3 minutes each side under a pre-heated grill and then serve immediately.
  3. 3May be served on its own or delicious with a serving of baked tomatoes and mushrooms fried in low-cal spray, or alternatively a side salad.
