Grilled wholemeal pita bread filled cheddar cheese and sliced ham.

- 1Grate cheese and chop the ham into small pieces. Mix the two together and fill the pita bread.
- 2Grill for 3 minutes each side under a pre-heated grill and then serve immediately.
- 3May be served on its own or delicious with a serving of baked tomatoes and mushrooms fried in low-cal spray, or alternatively a side salad.
