  1. 1Cut the cabbage in half and remove the stem. Slice cabbage very thinly.
  2. 2Put cabbage into a large pot with the balsamic vinegar, olive oil, raisins and water Stir to coat cabbage.
  3. 3Cover the pot and cook over medium heat until tender, about 15 minutes. Stir occasionally.
  4. 4Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
