  1. 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease loaf pan.
  2. 2Combine bananas and butter.
  3. 3Add sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir well.
  4. 4Add baking soda and salt.
  5. 5Add flour and combine.
  6. 6Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
  7. 7Cool then serve.
  8. 8Note: coconut or almond emulsions can be used instead of vanilla. Nuts and chocolate chips can also be added for a different flavor.
