- 1Preheat oven to 350 °F (175 °C). Grease loaf pan.
- 2Combine bananas and butter.
- 3Add sugar, egg and vanilla. Stir well.
- 4Add baking soda and salt.
- 5Add flour and combine.
- 6Pour into loaf pan. Bake for 1 hour.
- 7Cool then serve.
- 8Note: coconut or almond emulsions can be used instead of vanilla. Nuts and chocolate chips can also be added for a different flavor.
