Directions

  1. 1Spray pan with cooking spray like pam or butter the tortilla (low carb if available) and cut in half.
  2. 2Place 1/2 the tortilla in the pan and add cheese, Velveeta works best. Add sliced ham (optional) for ham n' cheese.
  3. 3Cover with other half of tortilla and cook evenly. Serve when done.
