- 1Preheat oven to 350° F (175° C).
- 2Combine all ingredients, mashing bananas until a cookie dough consistency has formed (if you like chunks of banana, make sure not to over mash).
- 3Make sure all the oatmeal has been combined and moistened.
- 4Lightly spray baking sheet with cooking oil. Drop approximately 18 cookies onto sheet.
- 5Bake for 35 minutes.
- 6Allow to cool before removing from baking sheet.
- 7Note: nuts may also be added.
