  1. 1In large saucepan heat the olive oil.
  2. 2Saute the onion and green pepper until softened. Stir in the garlic. Cook for a minute.
  3. 3Add oregano, basil, crushed red pepper, rice, tomatoes, pizza sauce and broth.
  4. 4Bring to boil. Lower heat to a simmer and cover. Cook for 20 minutes or until rice is tender.
  5. 5Stir in the pepperoni, olives and mushrooms. Cook for another minute or two.
  6. 6Serve the soup in individual bowls with a sprinkling of provolone and parmesan cheese.
