Very easy to make bean chili.

Directions
- 1In a large sauce pan cook onions ( I use a little water to help them soften and not get crispy) with garlic until the onions are soft.
- 2Add all other ingredients (except hot pepper) to pan. If you want a soupier chili, add some extra water till you get the consistency you desire.
- 3Cook about 15 minutes or until hot.
- 4Add hot pepper to season (optional).
