- 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
- 2Mix sugar and butter, then add egg and beat together.
- 3Add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and mix.
- 4Mix in mashed banana (old bananas work best), cranberries and nuts.
- 5Put lumpy and sticky dough into 16 muffin cups and bake for 25-27 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
