  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Mix sugar and butter, then add egg and beat together.
  3. 3Add flour, baking soda, salt, baking powder and mix.
  4. 4Mix in mashed banana (old bananas work best), cranberries and nuts.
  5. 5Put lumpy and sticky dough into 16 muffin cups and bake for 25-27 minutes until toothpick inserted comes out clean.
