Tuna Stuffed Peppers

Mini sweet peppers stuffed with tuna.

  1. 1Pre-heat oven to 350 °F (175 °C).
  2. 2Wash, halve and seed mini-peppers.
  3. 3Drain can of tuna.
  4. 4Mix remaining ingredients, except for cheese with tuna. Add season all salt to taste.
  5. 5Stuff peppers with tuna mixture.
  6. 6Spray baking sheet with Pam. Place stuffed peppers on baking sheet. Bake at 350 °F for 10-15 minutes, until peppers are tender.
  7. 7Once peppers tender, sprinkle with cheese and place back in oven for 1 minute (until cheese melted).
