Ingredients
- 2 cups chopped bell peppersNutrition

- 3 tsps garlicNutrition

Directions
- 1Brown chicken and set aside.
- 2Saute onions and peppers.
- 3Add garlic when onions are translucent (about 5 minutes).
- 4Add remaining ingredients, including chicken and simmer for 90 minutes.
