Chicken dipped in powdered spaghetti sauce with artichokes, mushrooms and onions.

Directions
- 1Dust chicken in powdered spaghetti sauce, place in pan with olive oil. Brown lightly both sides.
- 2Place in casserole pan with mushrooms, onions and lots of artichokes.
- 3Pour wine over and pepper liberally.
- 4Cook in oven 375 °F (190 °C) for 50 minutes.
- 5Serve with brown rice.
