  1. 1Cut chicken in to cubes, pat the chicken dry with paper towels and toss with the flour, salt and pepper.
  2. 2Heat the olive oil in a large skillet over high heat.
  3. 3Cook the chicken 3 1/2 minutes, turning occasionally.
  4. 4Add the garlic, parsley and butter.
  5. 5Sauté 1 minute and stir to coat the chicken with the pan sauce.
