  2. 2Peel and cut sweet potatoes into wedges.
  3. 3In bowl mix together wedges and rest of the other ingredients.
  4. 4On a tin foil lined cooking tray, spread out wedges and bake for 25 minutes or until tender and golden.
  5. 5Serve.
