Directions

  1. 1Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
  2. 2Add chicken and ginger. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
  3. 3Add soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar.
  4. 4Add broccoli and enough water to keep food from sticking (2-3 tablespoons). Cover pan and steam about 1-2 minutes.
  5. 5Serve over rice.
