Directions
- 1Heat olive oil in a large pan. Add onions and garlic. Cook until softened.
- 2Add chicken and ginger. Cook until chicken is no longer pink.
- 3Add soy sauce, sesame oil and vinegar.
- 4Add broccoli and enough water to keep food from sticking (2-3 tablespoons). Cover pan and steam about 1-2 minutes.
- 5Serve over rice.
