Directions

  1. 1Brown ground beef in frying pan and drain.
  2. 2Add pepper, garlic and chili powder to pan (and any other spices you wish to add as well).
  3. 3Add cabbage to pan.
  4. 4Add beef broth to pan.
  5. 5Add rice to pan.
  6. 6Mix all items together and simmer on low for about 5 minutes.
