Directions

  1. 1Melt butter over medium heat, then mix in flour. Add in diced onion and sauté for 3 minutes.
  2. 2Add in both cans of asparagus pieces and the chicken broth. Simmer for 20 minutes.
  3. 3Ladle small portions of the soup into a blender and puree.
  4. 4Season to taste.
