Directions

  1. 1Open can of mandarin oranges (sweetened with Splenda), and drain.
  2. 2Pour cottage cheese in a bowl and mix in the Jell-O until completely coated.
  3. 3Add Cool Whip to this mixture until fully coated.
  4. 4Mix can of oranges into mixture about an hour before serving.
  5. 5Refrigerate until ready to serve.
