  1. 1In a large wok or frying pan add the olive oil, raw spinach, garlic powder (sprinkled generously) and balsamic vinegar.
  2. 2Sauté until the leaves are warm just starting to wilt.
  3. 3Add chunk light tuna to pan and mix well.
  4. 4Note: pine nuts add a nice flavor as well.
