- 1In a large wok or frying pan add the olive oil, raw spinach, garlic powder (sprinkled generously) and balsamic vinegar.
- 2Sauté until the leaves are warm just starting to wilt.
- 3Add chunk light tuna to pan and mix well.
- 4Note: pine nuts add a nice flavor as well.
