A great way to eat broccoli, sauteed in a tangy, spicy sauce.

  1. 1Add oil to a sauté pan and heat.
  2. 2Add ginger, garlic and crushed red pepper (if using red pepper seeds, break them up by using the heal of your hand to release the hot oils into the olive oil), and salt.
  3. 3Sauté for only a minute or two.
  4. 4Add broccoli and sauté until florets begin to darken or lightly brown. Serve.
