  1. 1Place the avocado in an ovenproof dish and cover with the chicken.
  2. 2Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry paste to taste.
  3. 3Spoon evenly over the chicken.
  4. 4Combine the breadcrumbs and almonds and sprinkle over the dish.
  5. 5Bake in pre-heated oven at 350° F (175° C) for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
  6. 6Serve with a mixed green salad.
