Avocado and Chicken Gratin
An incredibly easy and delicious gratin.

Directions
- 1Place the avocado in an ovenproof dish and cover with the chicken.
- 2Mix together the yogurt, mayonnaise and curry paste to taste.
- 3Spoon evenly over the chicken.
- 4Combine the breadcrumbs and almonds and sprinkle over the dish.
- 5Bake in pre-heated oven at 350° F (175° C) for 20 - 25 minutes until golden brown.
- 6Serve with a mixed green salad.
