Ingredients
- 12 oz lean ground turkeyNutrition
- 3 medium whole tomatoes, choppedNutrition
- 2 tsps dried basilNutrition
- 2 tsps garlic powderNutrition
- 2 tsps dried oreganoNutrition
- 1/4 tsp ground black pepperNutrition
- 1/2 tsp saltNutrition
- 1 medium onion, peeled and choppedNutrition
- 2 medium zucchini, slicedNutrition
- 3 tbsps tomato pasteNutrition
Directions
- 1Spray non-stick cooking spray in a large skillet.
- 2Brown turkey and onion over medium heat until turkey is cooked through and onion is soft, about 10 minutes.
- 3Add tomatoes, tomato paste and seasonings. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes.
- 4Add zucchini and cook for 5 minutes more. Serve while hot.
